Why isn't my 2 year old son talking yet?

Every Child develop on their own pace, don't worry about it just yet. Boys tend to be late talkers and if he can communicate with you in other ways (Example: point, gesture, facial expression, sign language) he will probably not feel the need to talk yet.

Try taking him out to play groups with toddlers his age or apply to preschool, this might help him overcome his shyness and imitate other kids his age.If he's not babbling, doesn't communicate with you in other way and you feel that he's frustrated please talk to his pediatrician or consult a speech therapist.
