How do you beat the monkey in Golden Compass Ds?

OK, you need to turn into a rodent (ferret thingy) and dig up the blocks next to the poles. There should be four of them all together. Once you've done that you turn into a bird and pick up the blocks (press Y over them) and aim for them over the monkey. Next turn into a cat and run up to the monkey (it should be stunned

• if not drop a block on it again) and attack it (press A). If you

run out of blocks you can always dig for them again (turn into a ferret and dig Y) You need to do this for at least 4 successful times.

i did it!!!!

example: dig up 4 bricks at once

turn into owl... drop 1 brick on monkey....so he is stunned

turn into cat, attack him

repeat steps.... if u run out of bricks... dig more after monkey is stunned
