What are homosapiums?

"Homosapiums" is not a recognized term. It seems to be a combination of "Homo sapiens," the scientific name for modern humans, and possibly a misspelling or typo. If you meant to refer to the species Homo sapiens, they are the only surviving members of the genus Homo and are characterized by their bipedal locomotion and large brains.
