What would happen if a male and a female were left alone on an isolated island?

If a human male and female were left on an isolated island today, one or both of them would likely use their Blackberry to send their GPS coordinates via satellite to any potential rescuer like the Coast Guard, then they'd both "lay out" and get tanned while waiting for their rescuers. (Bet you thought there was a different answer!)
