Stuck in middle of frictionless ice pond?

u wont be able to crawl or walk so u need to throw something in the opposite direction,which would produce an equal and opposite force helping u to slide to the other end the heavier the better,this is a concept of centre of mass(com) and external force is zero,ur com does not change so ur mass*your displacement=the objects mass*its displacment .......
