Where is the ODB code reader connector on 1999 Subaru Forester?

On the underside of the lower dash cover to the left of the steering wheel column - just to the right of the Fuse Panel cover. I'm answering my own question - I found the answer in another section (unrelated question) of the WikiAnswers. Great place this site!!
