Is it a good sign when a girl is willing to listen to your problems?

I'd say yes because when a girl or even a person is willing to listen to your problems , that means they care ,they wanna help you solve that problem ,or they just have some type of respect to listen to you im a girl and if someone had a problem and needed someone to talk to to work it out i would be more than happy to do so because their problems may be just as good as mine and deserve the respect and care to work it out also
