How do anthropologists solve social problems?

Not so much solve as study. Anthropologists study human interaction with their environment and interaction with one another. Mostly, it's a lot study, research, field work, writing, etc.

I'm sure it's not impossible for an anthropologist to solve a social issue, but that is not their field of expertise.
