What are the rules for playing the War Cards game?

In the War Cards game, players each have a deck of cards and take turns drawing a card from their deck. The player with the highest card wins that round. If there is a tie, a "war" occurs where players draw additional cards and the highest card wins. The game continues until one player has all the cards or a set number of rounds is reached.
