What is ideal humidity in household?

Ideal Humidity. I do not think that there is an ideal humidity.

Where I live most people have approximately 40 percent humidity.

This must be seasonally adjusted to as low as 20 percent in the winter time

otherwise condensation on cold surfaces, such as Windows, will occur.

Indoor humidity should be reduced or increased relative to the temperature

outdoors and personal comfort level indoors
