Do you agree with Platos claim that only what is unchangeable can be known Why or why not?

I agree with the statement as consistent behavior (to take the claim a touch further) is predictable and therefore known. As an example, a 6 sided dice is changeable and because of that you cannot predict with reliability (to "Know" without doubt) what number it will land on if rolled. Con / Disagree:
