Why are wiccans nut jobs?

That's not a nice way to put a question. Who gets to decide who is or isn't how you describe someone? You can't just pick and choose like you're picking something out of a hat. Next you'll be calling Penticostals and Jehovah's Witnesses the same. Where will it stop?

According to The Bible, wiccans need help to align more with Jehovah's requirements. The Bible states that 'practicing magic' is wrong. And that's regardless if it's bad magic, or good magic. But then everyone needs help to live up to God's righteous requirements for mankind. We are all riddled with what the Bible calls 'sin'.
