Where is the wiring harness to the fuel pump on a 1995 Toyota 4Runner?

Runs from the right side of the car starting at the fuel tank. Back to the differential and across the back to the right side of the car. Then to the front where it enters the car under the drivers seat. Then moves to the center of the console and forward till it comes into the dash board area.
