To remove a Ford Windstar radiator, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery cable. Drain the coolant by removing the drain plug at the bottom of the radiator. Next, disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses, as well as any transmission cooler lines if applicable. Finally, unbolt the radiator from its mounting brackets and carefully lift it out of the vehicle.
