What does it mean when a girls kisses your fingers?

From my experience of doing this many times, i can honestly say that they usually do this when they don't feel comfortable kissing you on the lips or cheek. it's an easy alternative when they feel awkward. think nothing of it and go with the flow. good luck!!! -Ally
