Why does your tongue hurt when you take your Adderall?

know in my case, it is not the medication, or even a side effect of the medication, but the "inert" ingredients.

When I take the generic manufactured by Core Pharmaceuticals, I end up with horrible sores and bumps. I have no problems when I take the Barr or DuraMed products (they are the same company, Teva, but the Barr brand is for generic scrips, DuraMed for no substitute).

I would guess it has to do with the salts and by products, but I don't really care. I just know Core brand rips my mouth and tongue up, no problems with Barr.
