EGR Valves for 95-99 Dodge neons are bolted to the transmission side of the cylinder head; below and to the right of the cam position sensor. It has 2 rubber vacuum hoses and a steel tube that connects it to the intake manifold below the throttle body. Do not confuse the EGR valve with the Electronic EGR Transducer which can be identified by the electrical connector, the EGR valve does not have any electrical connectors attached to it.
