What is the noosphere?

The noosphere is a concept developed by Teilhard de Chardin. It is the sphere of human thought. It is like a grid through which we are all connected. Some things like telepathy are happening through a good use of the noosphere, it is also the reason why many people often have the idea at the same time, as if we are receiving and emitting information in this grid.
