Where is the starter located on a 2001 Isuzu Trooper and how do you replace it?

On a 2001 Isuzu Trooper, the starter is located on the passenger side of the engine, near the transmission. To replace it, first disconnect the negative battery cable, then remove the wiring harness and bolts securing the starter. After taking out the old starter, position the new one in place and secure it with the bolts, reconnect the wiring, and finally reconnect the battery cable.
