Can a sixty year old woman have a period?

I am not a Doctor but would have to say no unless this woman has not experienced menopause, but if she had a baby in her 50's it is very possible. Also times are changing and people are living longer and that means that women will surly not go thru menopause as early?? Men are able, if able to produce sperm until the day they die.
