as long as the house was wired to code at the time it was built, you don't need to rewire it unless defects or other issues arise that impact the safety of the structure and individuals and property. If this is the case, hire a licensed electrician and get several bids. Make sure they pull all proper permits too. Most states/cities require an inspection once the rewire is complete.
