How do you Build a Rube Goldberg machine?

It depends on what you want the "rube goldberg machine" to do. I built one and it was to turn on/off a tv. You need to think of how you would make by coming up with an idea and drawing it out. It has to be logical. Then you find the different parts of your machine at home or at stores. I went to Home Depot and built a lot of my parts. After you put it together and it should work.
