What are the instructions to play Hasbro cosmic catch game?

Each player receives a color coded band to put in their palm and it is held in place by a short elastic strap. Inside the color coded plastic piece is a short range Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag. Antennas just inside the ball coordinate with a computer which calls out instructions to the players.
