Left front turn signal not working on 1989 buic k century back left turn signal comes on but doesn't blink right side OK?

If one bulb is burned out or there is any other circuit problem, the flasher won't flash. The GOOD bulb will just stay on. Check the bulb and socket in the one that's not turning on.
