When did Saint Patrick live in Rome?

Saint Patrick did not live in Rome; he is primarily associated with Ireland. He was born in Roman Britain around 385 AD and was captured by Irish pirates at the age of 16. After spending several years in captivity in Ireland, he returned to his homeland and later became a missionary in Ireland, where he played a key role in converting the Irish to Christianity. He died around 461 AD in Ireland.
