Should a 7Th grade girl ask out a 8Th grade boy?

Absolutely! I'm in grade 10 now and to be honest have never had a girlfriend yet because I am too shy to make a move. When I was in grade 8 I would have been flattered if somene asked me out. I think that's cute to go out with someone a little younger ( not a lot younger that's weird ) But I say go for it, all he can say is no right?
