What does ipsissima verba mean?

Both Words are Latin and mean: The "VERY WordS" or perhaps it is easier to understand "Verbatim" as in, "The Judge asked the Attorney to quote "IPSISSIMA VERBA" (or THE VERY WordS or VERBATIM) what his client said to the arresting Officer when initially detained?"
