What is normal pH level for pool water?

7.5 is almost unanamously the perfect pH. It is the reccommended range that often varies. Bather comfort, type of sanitizer, type of pool surface and type of shock are all factors that change the range. As an average, a pH of 7.2 - 7.7 is commonly acceptable.
