Is lemony snicker still alive

As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, Lemony Snicket is a fictional character created by author Daniel Handler. The character is known for narrating "A Series of Unfortunate Events." Since he is not a real person, the question of being "alive" doesn't apply in a traditional sense.
