Where do you get fly in gold version?

It's above the bicycle road in Celadon City. You have to use cut, then go into the house. Then there will be a little house, then go in there and a girl will give you it.

You can get fly west of Celadon city. Before you see snorlax use cut on the cut bush to the north and go in the gap. Then go west until you see a house. Enter the house and talk to the woman in the house. She will give you fly.
