Where do catch ho-oh in FireRed?

In Pokémon FireRed, you can catch Ho-Oh by first obtaining the Rainbow Wing, which is a key item you receive by completing the Sevii Islands quest. After acquiring the Rainbow Wing, head to the Ho-Oh's location at the top of the Bell Tower on the Island 8 (also known as the "Navel Rock"). There, you can encounter and attempt to capture Ho-Oh. Make sure to prepare adequately, as it can be a challenging battle!
