What are some fun things to do without going anywhere?

There are plenty things that one can do in the summer , without the pain of spending precious hard-earned money ( really,Starbucks is begining to ruin my taste and wallet). Here are somethings to consider, with a little-bit of spending:

1) WAIT FOR "FREE" DAYS. If you live in Toronto, there are days where you can go to the R.O.M, Gardens and Theme Parks that have a frozen entry-fee.These events usually happen so people can get a taste for these places.

2) Parades, Promenades. Parades aren't going to kill your wallet,(unless, you pay for parking in a downtown area), and that some are very fun
