Write a brief information about the thing you are for or against.Think of a way you can make other people care about it.Then go out get people to sign when you have alot of person sign up meaning a thousand or a hundred or what you feel okay .send a copy of all the papers to a local congressman mayor or someone you can work with to get these changes.
