Does gasshoes sell genuine uggs boots?

Not to the best of my knowledge. I recently ordered a pair on line whilst in the USA - I paid via my UK visa debit card - £66 for a pair of UGGS. The payment took 24 hours to go through which I thought was odd. They then emailed me back asking me to submit a photocopy of my driving licence or passport - why? I smelt a rat and asked for my money to be refunded. Given that they have a refund/return policy on their website, I didnt see this as an issue, given that they hadnt event despatched the boots.

Some two weeks later I am still awaiting recredit of my money. They assure me they will and yet nothing happens. The emails from them are written by somebody who I believe to have limited experience of the english language. Just beware, I believe they may be a bogus site and I have already notified McAfee and my own bank to progress my complaint via their Fraud Office. Last time I ever try and undercut the high street retailers.
