Where can you update someone's address whom you know is trying to hide from creditors in another state?

Who ever said "such a friend must have been looking over the person's shoulder when they asked the question." Perhaps the one who asked the question got screwed over by an ex-spouse and tried to stick her with the debt! I know cause it happened to me! Here is your answer. If you get an unpaid bill from a collection agency simply don't open it. Get an envelope out address it to the collection agency with the return address the same. Type a letter that the person does not live with you and that there is no known address. Stamp it and mail it and that's that! And don't worry about the rest! Sooner or later the 3 major credit bureau's will in fact come after them someday! I promise you! Since you are such a friend--just call the lenders yourself.
