How long does it take your body to go back to normal after having an IUD removed and could you be pregnant if you've had one period since its removal but you're late this month?

If you had a non hormonal IUD the Mirena then you can get pregnant as soon as it is removed and there is still a high chance of pregnancy with other IUDs it just depends on how quickly your body adjusts to not having it in place and how it adjusts to not having hormones if there were any...hope this helps Good Luck and God Bless!

I don't know where you got your information from, but the Mirena IUD most certainly has hormones (levonorgestrel- a synthetic form of progestin) in it! It is the Paraguard (copper) IUD that does not contain hormones.
