It doesn't matter if you came or not, well not for getting pregnant anyway. If your boyfriend had an erection he probably had precum. That does not mean you are going to get pregnant. If you don't want to get pregnant don't 'experiment' like this, or get some proper Birth Control. Accidents happen.
