Phobos, one of Mars' moons, is largely composed of carbon-rich materials and has a surface covered in fine dust and regolith. While it doesn't have an atmosphere to carry smells as we perceive them on Earth, scientists speculate that if you could smell it, it might have a scent reminiscent of burnt or charred materials due to its carbonaceous composition. However, without an atmosphere or life, any "smell" is purely hypothetical.
