Is it possible to sue your parents for invasion of privacy false accusations slander etc?

In some cases you can such as if they got hold on your facebook account and started communicating with your friends or spy on them without your acknowledgment then you may sue them as it also breaks facebook policy. there is a case about a mother of a teen who got sued $500 over going into her sons facebook account and posting on his wall she also can no longer see him.
