What are three major goals you would like to accomplish while on the CAEP program?

While participating in the CAEP program, I aim to enhance my understanding of educational best practices through hands-on experience in diverse classroom settings. Additionally, I want to develop my leadership skills by collaborating with peers and mentors on innovative teaching strategies. Lastly, I hope to contribute meaningfully to the community by implementing effective programs that address specific educational needs.
