How much pandas live in the wild?

Giant pandas primarily inhabit the mountain ranges of central China, particularly in Sichuan, Shaanxi, and Gansu provinces. In the wild, it's estimated that there are around 1,800 giant pandas. Conservation efforts have been successful in increasing their population, but they remain classified as vulnerable due to habitat loss and low birth rates.
