How do you get basket from monkey Zelda?

In order to take the women her basket you must climb to the top of the ledge where the man with the brown box hair told you about "z-targeting," then jump on top of Sarah's shop. You must then jump to the next ledge and blow the hawk grass and aim at the monkey. It should bring back the basket and then just carry it to the lady.
