Who makes Dilana luggage?

Eight years ago I bought a compact carry-on with wheels made by Dilana Luggage, for my son, who was ten years old. It had a padlock with a combination attached to the handle. We never did anything with the padlock. Now he's 19 and going on a trip. Is there a way to access the paclock's combinations somehow, so he can use it?
