Is global warming bad right now?

Global Warming, Climate Change. Undoubtedly, these Words sum up the single biggest threat to humanity.

This question is one of the most asked and answered questions in America today. With many Americans asking themselves if global warming is just the media and politics combining together to scare people. Global warming is real, caused by what is known as "The Green house effect" or the rise in temperature that the Earth experiences because certain gases in the atmosphere..(water vapor, carbon dioxide , nitrous oxide, and methane, for example) trap energy from the sun. Without these gases, heat would escape back into space and Earth's average temperature would be about 60ºF colder. Because of how they warm our world, these gases are referred to as greenhouse gases.

SO WHATS CAUSING GLOBAL WARMING??

Scientists can see from satellite images and research that the ice caps are melting faster, our sea levels are rising, and weather patterns are changing. We are experiencing more water shortages and we will see hurricanes, typhoons and cyclones increasing in ferocity and frequency. The deserts will expand and the world will ultimately have difficulty growing enough food..
