In Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, you can acquire smoke bombs by purchasing them from the various blacksmiths located throughout Rome. Additionally, you can craft smoke bombs if you have the required materials and the appropriate upgrades for your Assassin's Guild. Once you have them, you can equip and use them during missions to create diversions or escape from enemies.
