Why did my boyfriend lie to me about going on a 4 day business trip-only to have gone somewhere else to help his ex girlfriends sister sort out her finances. I found out by receipts he left out.?

Maybe he still has a bit of feeling for his ex ,perhaps it was guilt .Nobody has the capability 2 4get everything bout the past .Just have faith in your boyfriend ,but if he doesn't really comply wif ur believe .Mabe he just wasn't d right guy ,oh n i don't really want 2 promote this k .This is just a suggestion ,don get offended k

I would ask him to explain what has happened. Also ask him why he didnt tell you or let you know that he was going to do that. I doubt that your boyfriend had any betrayl in mind when he did that. I think you should ask him yourself but be procative at understanding rather than being judgmental. Obviously, he was not telling you for a reason and I bet it was because he didnt want you to know so you wouldn't get hurt with helping them out. Otherwise, why not tell you. He helped people, just look at it that way. It's probably nothing short of that, unless he doesnt help you and neglects you. then yuou have a problem. Only you know if that would be true.
