What to do if your sidekick screen turns black?

same thing happened to me right now, theres some type of reset code you do, you lose memory but leave your fone alone for like an hour nd all ur memory should be back. i think its like when ur turning it on, press the power button&r&menu OR power button&r& that circle one at the bottom right, if those dont work sorry
