Has there ever been any scientific proof of psychic ability?

A Psychic is a person who is sensitive to things which are beyond the natural range of perception. This is an unexplainable ability for some people who are capable of receiving or seeing some form of premonition of a future event that takes place or has taken place. It may not be the exact event that is either seen or something that will eventually take place, but none the less is a near representation of something that has happened or will happen. An example of this is, my wife's sister who is susceptible to such occurrences, saw a woman in black carrying a dead child. Later my sons child died two days after it was born.

Coincidence? Maybe, but such things have been known to happen.
