That depends entirely upon the airline you work for. The airline I'm familiar with starts junior pilots out at a minimum of $2700 per month and senior pilots can make in the neighborhood of $15,000 per month based on 90 hours of flying. Until the recent economic crunch in the airline industry, senior pilots at some major airlines were making in excess of $300 per hour.
