What additional responsibilities would you like to handle in the near future?

In the near future, I would like to take on more leadership responsibilities, such as mentoring new team members and leading projects that align with our strategic goals. I am also interested in expanding my role in cross-departmental collaboration to enhance communication and drive innovation. Additionally, I would like to participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute to the long-term vision of the organization.
